Role history report can be found under the main menu, "Reports" and "Competence."

This report shows when a user is added to or removed from a role. 

You can filter for:

  • Department (global filter)
  • User
  • Role

The report only exist as an Excel report. 

  • Choose wanted filter - apply
  • Select Download to Excel (arrow to the left)
  • Get the report from the "bell" in the top left corner

Users removed from a role before November 2020 will not show in this report. This function did not exist before that.
