The report for Reading status for one user can be found in the main menu, top left corner, "Reports" and "Competence."


Show when a selected user has read which document within a time frame.


  • Select user (search name)
  • Filter for for roles and documents (if needed)
  • Click "Apply"



  • Filter for time frame to get the report for a spesific time period (under tab filters)




The report can also be downloaded to Excel.
