Make a new version of a document
- Select the document in the folder
- Click on 3 dots
- Select Create new version
- You can change the document type now for the new version if you want (see picture below)
- All document types can be changed into the other document types.
- If you change the document type you keep the document history (version and reading history) but you loose the content.
- CREATE VERSION
New versions under construction looks like this in the folder:
- Click on the DRAFT to edit the new version.
